I have applied Adseal Nano Lithium plus densifier to a concrete garage floor and I believe I’ve used enough for a complete penetration.
However, are there any adverse consequences in using a second application after first has dried (to ensure full penetration). Will the second application actually penetrate or will the first application prevent it?

You are fine to apply multiple coats of the Densifier.
